Loved staying here. Flagstone floors and wooden shutters on door & windows added to the charm. Fully functional kitchens in apartments. Garden area was private and nicely landscaped.Excellent value for money and owner was very helpful. The location was a bit out of the way but only 5 mins in a taxi to Castle. Would definitely stay here again when in Limassol.

Our staying at Niki's house was unforgettable! It is an excellent variant for those who travel by car and prefer small private cosy houses rather than big crowded hotels with their standard services. 50 meters from the location there is a public parking, as well as a supermarket. The proprietors are extremely friendly and helpful - me got all necessary information upon our arrival. The atmosphere in the rooms is authentic - everything is like presented on the photos. The house has an internal garden with chairs and tables. There is also a wonderful national taverna close to Niki's house with outstanding kitchen and atmosphere. We've spent 3 nights at Niki's house - it was the beginning of our trip around Cyprus, and the beginning was great.

We've stayed here many times over the years, both as a couple and now with a baby. I can't recommend it highly enough: everything is perfect. The house is beautifully restored and the rooms are comfortable. All rooms open onto a shared courtyard, so all the guests can socialise. The service is warm, friendly and personal. We have no complaints and return year after year.

Gorgeous, historic old home updated and renovated to accommodate guests. The owners were gracious and kind, the bed was comfortable, the apartment and the courtyard were beautiful. It was also exceptionally clean! The owners also called a taxi for us on our last night, as we were unsure how to tell a driver where to pick us up. Can not say enough great things about Niki's House!

Niki's House was absolutely wonderful! Niki and her husband were very inviting and informative. We enjoyed an amazing Mezi that evening at a restaurant just a few blocks away. We will definitely stay at Niki's House again.

We arrived late, but that was no problem. we were met, and welcomed in with open arms to the MOST GORGEOUS place we stayed our entire trip. Cared for, beyond clean, stunning space, and AIR CONDITIONING which we didn't think of when we looked for rooms, so that was great as it was super hot. we only slept there, as we were on a traveling journey, but both agreed we would come back, and stay here as more of a destination place. its the best!!!!
